PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT-PRIVACY POLICY


INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003

We hereby inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments (hereinafter "Code") provide for the protection of individuals, legal entities and associations about the processing of personal data. Pursuant to the Code, your personal data will be processed in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and rights. Pursuant to Art. 13 of the Code, we provide you with the following information.

1. PURPOSES AND METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING :
The processing of personal data means its collection, registration, organisation, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, communication, deletion, distribution, interconnection and whatever else is useful for the purposes set out in this information notice. In particular, the personal data you provide will be processed:
1. for promotional activities and issue of information regarding the financial products and services offered by Popolo della Madre Terra
2. Popolo della Madre Terra processes the data to allow the performance of services in execution of the contractual obligations, or to fulfil specific requests made by the data subject.
3. Popolo della Madre Terra processes personal data in order to fulfil specific legal obligations, including those of a fiscal or social security nature.
For example:
1. for entering personal data in the company's computer databases
2. for bookkeeping purposes
3. for statistical purposes
4. for market analysis and surveys

6. for customer satisfaction surveys. The processing shall be carried out using paper and computer media by the data controller, by who is in charge of the processing and his/her collaborators, and in compliance with all precautionary measures guaranteeing security and confidentiality.

2. NATURE OF DATA COLLECTION AND CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE DATA
The provision of personal data is strictly instrumental to the execution of the customer's request and/or also derives from legal obligations of a fiscal and social security nature; in the event of refusal, the contractual service cannot be commenced or completed and this may also constitute just cause for termination of the contract. The provision of your personal data, while not compulsory, is necessary in order to make possible the establishment of the relationship with Popolo della Madre Terra

3. COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
Your data may be communicated to all natural and legal persons (including foreign ones) for the purposes outlined above. Below is a list of some categories of subjects to whom the communication may be made:
a) Banking, Financial, Insurance, intermediaries
b) Companies belonging to the same Group
c) subjects that provide services for the management of the computer system ;
d) parties that provide services for the acquisition and processing of data from documents or media;
e) parties that carry out activities for the processing and transmission of communications to/from customers (e.g. enveloping, e-mail management)
(f) parties carrying out document archiving activities;
g) parties that provide customer service activities (e.g. via telephone);
h) parties involved in the supply, design, installation and testing of commissioned works;
(i) consultants;
parties that carry out or participate in marketing, promotion, conclusion or placement of financial and insurance products and services. The parties receiving the communication will be designated as data processors or persons in charge of data processing; the updated list is available from the Popolo della Madre Terra internal data processor referred to in point 6 below of this information notice.
The communication of data is also transmitted for the fulfilment of legal obligations: Chambers of Commerce, financial administration, chambers and labour offices, etc. Dissemination. The data collected will not be disseminated to unspecified parties.

3. the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; - the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2)
4. of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated or who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing:
1. on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of collection
2. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her to send advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. The rights referred to in Article 7 shall be exercised by making a request to the data controller or processor without formalities, including through an agent, which shall be answered without delay. The request addressed to the data controller or data processor may also be sent by registered letter, e-mail or fax.

5. DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller is Popolo della Madre Terra , in the person of its administrator and legal representative, email address segreteria@popolodellamadreterra.org

6. DATA PROCESSING OWNER
The data processing owner is the administrator and legal representative of Popolo della Madre Terra.

7. REPRESENTATIVE OF THE OWNER IN THE TERRITORY OF THE STATE
The representative of the data controller, in the territory of the State, is the Administrator and legal representative of Popolo della Madre Terra.

8. ACQUISITION OF CONSENT
The user, having acquired the information provided by Popolo della Madre Terra, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions to art. 223 of the Code, grants his consent to the processing of personal data.
